Dr. Marsh is the CEO and Founder of MMarsh Consulting, LLC; which offers Career Coaching and Training and Development. She serves as a motivational speaker, group facilitator and workshop presenter throughout the United States.

Mecca Marsh, Ed.D is an empathetic yet candid professional with unbounded enthusiasm for leadership training and development of students, help establish and reach their higher education goals. Mecca routinely speaks on the importance of planning and the steps students should take to be sure they are ready to apply for, matriculate through and graduate from college. As an experienced student affairs administrator, she prepares students for the rigors of higher education.

Dr. Marsh received her B.A. in Political Science from LeMoyne College, M.Ed. in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University and her Ed.D in Educational Administration and Supervision from Virginia State University. She has over 20 years working in higher education. She has held student affairs administrative positions at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, James Madison University, University of Mary Washington, George Mason University, Tidewater Community College and Norfolk State University.
